So for some reason, I pulled out my guitar tonight and started trying to play and remember my old songs. I think it has something to do with remembering and talking to the girl whom most of them was written about, and her telling me to pray for her that she would have strength not only to continue, but to accept help which is something she has always struggled with…
One song in particular, Catastrophe, was born out of the “bridge” of this song that I adapted…and as soon as I started playing it, I remembered why I loved this song so much…and even after probably 5 years, I still remembered every single word…(song and lyrics after the jump…)
I guess I’m saying all of that to say this: You are not alone…
